 All equipment will be delivered by 8:30am on the morning of hire and collected between 5:00pm and 6:00pm, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The machine will be supplied with a full tank of fuel. The Hirer must ensure the fuel tank is refilled to full prior to collection. Any shortfall will be charged at $5.00 per litre.

The Hirer is responsible for all costs associated with any damage to the equipment during the hire period.

The Hirer must ensure the equipment is returned in a clean and presentable condition. If cleaning is required, a cleaning fee of $150 + GST will apply. Heavily soiled machines (including excessive mud, clay, concrete, or contaminated material) may incur a cleaning fee of up to $250 + GST, depending on condition.

We encourage all Hirers to complete a pre-start inspection and cleanliness check prior to use, and to take clear photos of the machine at the commencement of hire. This helps ensure transparency and avoids any disputes regarding condition. 

The Hirer agrees to be bound by Affitto Equipment Solutions’ Terms and Conditions of Hire.
