Fuel Levy

To our valued customers,

Due to the recent sharp increase in fuel prices, we unfortunately need to introduce a temporary fuel levy on deliveries from Monday, 23 March 2026.

This is not something we’ve wanted to do, and we’re genuinely sorry. We’ve tried to hold off for as long as possible, but with fuel costs rising so quickly, we need to make a temporary adjustment to help cover transport costs while continuing to provide the reliable service you expect from us.

Our standard delivery rates remain unchanged, with the following temporary fuel levy applying per delivery:

• Within 10 km: Standard delivery Free | Fuel levy $20
   
• Zone 1 (within 15 km): Standard delivery $75 + GST | Fuel levy $20
   
• Zone 2 (within 25 km): Standard delivery $150 + GST | Fuel levy $30
   
• Zone 3 (within 35 km): Standard delivery $300 + GST | Fuel levy $40
   
• Outside 35 km: By quote
   

This levy is temporary and will be reviewed regularly, with the aim of removing it as soon as fuel prices ease.
